Required

5+ years of complex civil litigation experience (product liability preferred), ability to work with little supervision as part of a team effort

Capable and confident with discovery activities, including taking basic depositions and drafting responses and motions, as well as researching legal issues and writing briefs.

Prior experience working at a full-service Am Law firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique

Excellent academic credentials

Licensed to practice law in state of residence; California licensing is a plus
