Responsibilities

Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract talented instructors for after-school programs.

Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with program manager for final selections.

Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to expand the talent pipeline.

Maintain accurate records of instructor recruitment and onboarding processes.

Collaborate with the Program Manager to identify staffing needs and ensure coverage across all programs.

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.

Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including training schedules, and program resources.

Coordinate background checks and compliance documentation.

Coordinate orientation sessions with our Training Team to familiarize instructors with the organization's mission, policies, and curriculum.

Foster a supportive environment to ensure instructor retention and satisfaction.

Identify subs for the classes whenever there is a need (reach out to our local instructors)
