Responsibilities
Engage with risk management lead and champions to generate business & technical requirements
Detail requirements, connect different requirements and pre-requisites
Focus on business goals and outcomes to deliver continuous value
Engage with architects to define solution design
Define roadmap of capabilities to be delivered within 6-12 months
Write detailed user stories using Agile SCRUM or Kanban
Ensure sound workflow definition and cross-department coordination
Test the system as it is being built

Required
5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst in an agile organization
Proficiency with SQL and database management
Proven analytical abilities
Proficient systems design and technical writing skills
Experience producing process documentation
Some experience with data visualization
Excellent understanding of Agile processes
Very good English language working knowledge
Excellent communication and writing skills
Good coordination skills
Preferred
M.S. in computer science, information science, or closely related field is preferred
Risk management knowledge would be an asset
Preference to North America time zone; Europe time zone is acceptable
Working knowledge of low code platforms is an asset
