Part time/ Contract -Hotel Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Develop strategic and trusting relationships with top accounts. Know their staffing structure, who the decision makers are, their assigned portfolio of hotels reporting to each and have a comprehensive understanding of their key business needs.
Execute account strategies to meet or exceed targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Handle inquiries from job entry to closed won stage for Accounts. Communicate the “description” of the assignment with succinct and detailed information so SSP’s sourcing team can effectively match the right contractor to the assignment.
Yield opportunities according to business guidelines established by Executive DOS.
Enter all opportunities into the customer relationship system within 24 hours of obtaining details of job.
Partner with Director of Client Services to ensure customer success with client and contractor during assignment.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned Accounts.
Communicate categorized revenue and number of opportunities bi-annually to top 10 accounts for client to gain understanding of the process of sourcing contractors for their needs and garnering more commitment to work exclusively with SSP.
Maintain complete and accurate records in CRM system, logging all jobs, calls, emails, account plans and updates daily/weekly/monthly where appropriate.
Ensure high level of accuracy with all opportunity input, pricing, and client communication.
Abide by all standards and procedures set up for the selling, sourcing, and booking processes.
Address issues or concerns as a trusted advisor, implementing creative solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare quarterly business reviews by account
Create a positive, energetic and respectful work environment within the department
Leads through example, professionalism, personal values, and vision
Eager to offer assistance, “pitch-in”, and to be seen as a team player within SSP.

Required
High level hotel sales experience a must
Results Driven
Proven track record of success in building and maintaining high level relationships
Ability to adapt quickly and perform under high expectations.
Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines and embrace ongoing change
Requires excellent organization, time management, interpersonal skills.
Must be an ambitious self-starter with a desire to learn
Eligibility to work in the US
Preferred
Experience in Strategic Sales Account Management preferred.
