Responsibilities
Collaborate on Strategy: Consult with our team to develop campaign strategies for clients in B2C and B2B spaces, including eCommerce, tech, and more.
Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize ads for every stage of the marketing funnel.
Analyze & Report: Use Google Analytics and UTM tracking to evaluate performance, provide monthly reports, and offer actionable recommendations.
Creative Collaboration: Work with our team to develop and refine ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Client Interaction: Attend client meetings to present results, share insights, and discuss strategies.

Required
Meta Blueprint and Google Ads certifications.
2+ years managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
Competence in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with our team and clients.
Based in Southwestern Ontario, this role is fully remote.
