Responsibilities
Designing visuals for the conference website and marketing materials.
Creating posters and infographics, including details like meeting locations.
Developing logos and web images.
Designing webinar information and social media graphics.
Supporting the branding and visual identity of the conference.
(Preferred) Assisting with video design for promotional purposes.

Required
Current Penn State student.
Demonstrated graphic design skills (portfolio required).
Previous design experience is necessary.
Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work collaboratively with the conference team.
A resume and examples of previous work are required with the application.
Preferred
Assisting with video design for promotional purposes.
Experience with web design and video editing is a plus.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Familiarity with conference or event branding is a bonus.
