Responsibilities
Lead or contribute to HR-related projects such as DEI initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and retention strategies.
Develop, review, and update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.
Assist in creating job descriptions, interview frameworks, and onboarding materials for new hires.
Offer insights and strategies for improving organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
Maintain and analyze HR metrics to track key indicators such as turnover, engagement, and recruitment.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting trends and recommending HR improvements.
Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with 2+ years of HR experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong research, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Ppt, Excel) and internet applications
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
