Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Director in developing and executing marketing plans.
Manage cold email outreach through platforms like Smartlead, Instantly, and similar tools.
Set up and maintain workflows within Go High Level (GHL), ClickFunnels etc
Design marketing collateral using Canva.
Create, launch, and monitor campaigns across various channels.
Update and maintain website (webflow) content to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Conduct outreach using tools like Zoominfo and Apollo.io to support lead generation efforts.
Collaborate on campaign strategies and provide feedback on performance metrics.

Required
Proven experience with cold email platforms (Smartlead, Instantly, etc.).
Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL)/ClickFunnels, webflow, Smartlead.ai and Canva.
Familiarity with creating workflows and automating processes.
Experience with Zoominfo and Apollo.io for lead generation and outreach.
Ability to update website content and manage basic website functionalities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
