Responsibilities
Assisting the creative team with design and production of print and digital materials.
Preparing marketing materials, including brochures, displays, social ads, fliers, and web graphics.
Providing creative design and typographic solutions, color-correcting images, and developing interactive and accessible pdfs.
Tracking projects in various software and maintaining all archives.
Developing innovative ideas with a consistent brand and look for all promotional material.
Curating social media content highlighting programs, events, services, and Campus Recreation initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional experience in graphic design or an Associate’s degree and at least 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Experience preparing marketing materials, including brochures, displays, social ads, fliers, and web graphics.
Thorough understanding of design and typography, digital and offset print processes and color systems.
Highly proficient with Mac OS, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and basic Microsoft Office products.
Ability to provide creative design and typographic solutions, color-correct images, and develop interactive and accessible pdfs.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred
Familiarity with creating accessible digital documents.
