Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure general office areas remain presentable and tidy.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Assist in setting up office spaces for presentations, meetings, etc.

Required
2+ years of administrative/receptionist experience required.
Must be savvy within Microsoft Excel.
Some fleet experience is helpful.
