Responsibilities

Manage and optimize YouTube, Instagram, and Social Media channels for growth and engagement.
Edit and post high-quality videos and other content in alignment with our brand board and social media feed.
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and reach.
Collaborate with an overseas assistant for editing/producing support, ensuring timely delivery of content.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to drive channel success.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate, property management, or professional services.
A passion for Real Estate or Property Management.
Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and social media management skills.
Advanced knowledge of social media growth strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in video editing tools and content scheduling platforms.
Ability to work independently with minimal training, leveraging existing brand resources.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work PST hours.
Great collaborator as this will be an interactive role for the organization.

Preferred

Proven success in growing YouTube and Instagram presence.
Experience managing remote teams or working with virtual assistants.
