Responsibilities

Executes basic and technical alteration services for various clothing items, focusing on denim products.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills to enhance the client experience.

Educates and trains store teams on the services offered by the Tailor Shop.

Required

Thorough understanding of denim industry and current/upcoming trends.

Understanding of textiles and fabrics with proven skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair.

Awareness of design and details strong communication skills both internally and externally.

Minimum of 3 years of sewing/tailoring experience and a strong knowledge of jeans construction.

Thorough knowledge of machines used in the sewing of denim products.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts.

Preferred

Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred.

Formal Training in apparel design preferred.
