Responsibilities

Manage and analyze benefits programs at DIRECTV with a strong focus on claims analysis to inform benefits design strategy.

Serve as an expert in either Savings and Retirement or Health and Wellness programs.

Provide administrative support to help manage the benefits function.

Conduct in-depth analysis of claims data to inform benefits design strategy.

Use analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in benefits programs.

Develop and present recommendations for benefits design based on claims analysis findings.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to implement strategic changes to benefits programs.

Stay current with market trends and best practices in benefits design and analysis.

Manage one or more vendors and handle escalated client issues for resolution.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of benefits vendors based on claims data and performance metrics.

Support the development of benefits communications and educational materials for employees.
