Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in at least one of the following states: Texas, New York, Washington DC, or Georgia.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate M&A and Restructuring.
Proven track record of leading successful M&A transactions and corporate restructuring projects.
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
