Handles litigation and other legal assignments
Provide support to the attorneys in the firm’s practice area.
Provide aid in all aspects of preparation for hearings and trials.
Assist and attend hearings and trials.

Required
At least 3 years of experience as an attorney
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
Handles litigation and other legal assignments
Provide support to the attorneys in the firm’s practice area
Provide aid in all aspects of preparation for hearings and trials
Assist and attend hearings and trials
A sole proprietorship or a book of business
Minimum 3 years experience as a Litigation Attorney
Book of Business is a must
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Handle a busy litigation caseload
Desire to help expand the practice
Must be comfortable managing junior legal staffs
