Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships within Databricks’ partner ecosystem to identify joint business opportunities.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the Databricks partner channel, focusing on creating value for both Distillery and its clients.
Collaborate with Databricks’ sales teams, account management teams, technical partners, and marketing teams to maximize joint pipeline opportunities.
Present and promote Distillery’s services, with a focus on solutions that complement Databricks’ platform and tools.
Identify decision-makers within client organizations and navigate sales cycles to closure.
Provide tailored value propositions and solution recommendations aligned with client needs, leveraging Databricks’ capabilities.
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Recruiting, Delivery, etc) to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Monitor and report pipeline metrics specific to Databricks channel activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with revenue goals.
Participate in co-marketing initiatives, events, and workshops that highlight the Distillery-Databricks partnership.
Stay informed about Databricks’ latest offerings, certifications, and market trends to effectively position Distillery’s services.

Required
5+ years of success building, managing and growing channel sales organizations. Experience in consulting services and/or software development sales roles is a plus.
Direct experience working within the Databricks or Snowflake partner ecosystems, and/or other cloud-based data platforms.
Proven track record of managing partner-driven sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on influencing decision-makers.
Experience navigating the dynamics of a channel partnership and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to customize solutions for complex client needs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders effectively.
Desire to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency with CRM tools, including Salesforce, and reporting on partner-specific sales activities.
