Responsibilities
Grow new technology advisors for Telarus
Maintain and expand relationships with assigned Technology Advisors
Identify growth opportunities for partners to utilize additional Telarus services
Build relationships with provider Channel Managers to facilitate new advisor recruitment
Utilize CRM to maintain relationships and expand Technology Advisors’ growth
Execute strategies to sell Telarus products and services
Achieve assigned performance targets
Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams regarding channel activities, marketing programs, product rollouts, and support resources
Stay current with industry trends, marketplace developments, and competitor activities

Required
Self-motivated with a competitive drive and achievement orientation
Ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Knowledge of UCaaS and CPaaS services
