Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and virtual meetings to engage prospective IT Service Providers and introduce them to our Service Partner Program.
Effectively communicate the value of the Secureframe Service Partner Program, platform, and overall company to potential partners.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to partner sign-up, while tracking all interactions and activities in the CRM.
Work closely with the Partner Team to align recruitment efforts with broader company goals.
Meet and exceed activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings) and productivity goals (number of new partners signed).

Required
Proven track record in a high-volume demand generation or business development role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and convey value quickly.
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to tracking activity and success.
Preferred
Experience working with Channel Partners, IT Service Providers, or within the Security sector.
