Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of partner program integrations, aligning with internal teams and external partners on timelines, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project plans, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) and external partners for seamless onboarding and execution.
Act as the primary liaison, providing updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership while fostering strong partner relationships.
Monitor partner performance post-integration, leveraging data and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
Continuously evaluate and enhance integration processes, incorporating best practices to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of integration activities and ensure compliance with legal, security, and industry standards.
Collaborate with partner management to identify opportunities for program enhancements and implement best practices for success.

Required
7+ years of experience in project management, partner management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred
Familiarity with compliance and legal considerations in partner integrations is a plus.
