Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and launch of the Partner Portal that utilizes Salesforce Communities
Collaborate with the client’s creative agency to design the Partner Portal layout in support of the partner journey
Be responsible for the partner portal, including user experience, engagement, enhancements, and troubleshooting. You’ll keep content fresh and up to date.
Collaborate with the client’s agency to develop partner facing content in support of onboarding new partners into the Partner Program and ensure a smooth transition throughout the lifecycle
Oversee all partner tools and processes to drive automation throughout the process to deliver optimal efficiency
Maintain Salesforce data integrity for relevant partner transactions in Salesforce
Partner with Channel Account Managers to ensure that leads are entered into Salesforce
Assist the client with operational support as needed to ensure Partner Marketing and Partner Program success

Required
3 - 5 years of Partner Program/Partner Marketing Operations or similar experience with a high-tech company
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Community
Experience managing and maintaining a partner portal
B.A. or B.S.
Preferred
Experience with partner incentives
Partner Marketing experience
Self starter that shows initiative with a 'can do' attitude
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including working with others to quickly reach sustainable resolutions
Ability to partner with internal and external teams, monitor workflow, and assure follow-through
Willingness to travel 2-4 times annually
