Responsibilities

Have a deep understanding of the client, product, and solution approaches to provide strategic direction to internal and agency teams
Plan, manage, and execute joint marketing plans and initiatives, maintaining partner marketing benefits and best practices
Act as a subject matter expert on partner marketing and go-to-market strategy, providing insights on campaign landing to marketing stakeholders
Operate as a strategic leader with senior clients to deliver marketing plans aligned with objectives
Write creative briefs to direct internal agency studio teams for development and execution
Build successful co-marketing programs for clients and partners, empowering them to do more
Manage relationships and collaborate with partners and clients’ organizations
Bring thought leadership marketing best practices and trends to the role and projects
Ensure campaign lead flow and nurture stream/hand-offs are prepped
Champion holistic growth of programs and opportunities

Required

Degree in marketing, advertising, communications (Master’s preferred)
At least 10 years of professional services in digital marketing consulting including developing marketing strategy and programs for global solutions for F100 clients
At least 5 years of F100 B2B enterprise marketing, advertising or communications experience
Track record of successful client-focused content campaigns ideally in integrated partner marketing relationships
Communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences alike
Experience in developing joint value propositions, integrated campaign planning, channel strategy and communications strategy
Thinker with a passion for delivering results
Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
Experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies
Problem-solving skills for internal and external resources and teams as it relates to conflict resolution and follow through with partners

Preferred

Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications
Experience in developing joint value propositions, integrated campaign planning, channel strategy, and communications strategy
Experience in managing virtual teams across functions and geographies
