Responsibilities

Required
2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the telecom industry.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking to all sorts of customers.
Creative problem solver - when encountering issues, expedite resolution by offering potential fixes.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the mind-set to work in a start-up environment.
