Responsibilities
Manage the day-today operational inquiries of Partner partnerships through proactive outreach
Support the retention, growth, and overall Partner satisfaction through frequent communication with Partners as the single point of contact to understand issues, build relationships, and improve service
Work toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to support the overall strategic benefits of the Partner
Evaluate program trends and support issues, and create opportunity for long-term, rather than one-off, resolutions
Monitor programs to assess the overall health of the partnership and create awareness of escalations that may impact revenue-generating activities to senior leaders

Required
1-2 years of Customer Success / Support experience at a Technology company.
A results driven problem solver – You know how to diagnose the root cause of Partner dissatisfaction and how to rally a team to develop a quick action solution.
A self-starter – You are proactive and always looking for the next challenge to tackle with confidence and tenacity.
A relationship-builder – You value personal connections and use strong interpersonal skills to deliver high quality support to Partners on a day-to-day basis.
An agile worker – You have experience balancing requests from multiple accounts with strong time management and prioritization skills.
A team player – You have a collaborative approach to working within and across teams and demonstrate tenacity and confidence when faced with challenges.
An articulate communicator – You confidently build and present strategic messaging both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
A proven winner – You have a history of success managing multiple large accounts and delivering high-quality customer experience.
Preferred
Experience with Payments and/or Salesforce.com is a bonus!
