Responsibilities

Drive and lead the implementation, training, adoption and maintenance of the department CRM tool; lead coordination and integration with other tools used by the Finance and Grants Teams
Develop and implement efficient internal processes to improve project management, including project and internal process coordination across the department and with other teams at FFAR
Lead the design and setup of pipeline management system with a functioning stage gating process to be used as the main tool for program management
Prepare for the weekly department meeting, including running the meeting and following up on needed actions
Prepare updates, reports and presentations for VP; provide support for external presentation preparations in collaboration with the Communications Team
Oversee and optimize department related operational systems, including donor management software, reporting tools and workflows
Manage tracking of FFAR’s online fundraising and other individual giving sources
Develop an internal monitoring & evaluation (M&E) system connected to the Partnerships & Development Team’s objectives
Compose and send letters to funding partners in collaboration with VP of Partnerships & Development
Work collaboratively with FFAR Communications, Science and Operations Teams on events, partner outreach and related activities
Other duties as assigned by VP

Required

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business management, with project management certification from an accredited organization required.
Minimum of three to five years of professional experience in a sales/portfolio management, innovation program coordination, chief of staff or similar role, where CRM project management tools are frequently used.
Proven track record of project management across teams while meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities; ability to design organizational, management and coordination processes.
Proven experience leading a product, partnerships or other pipeline management using CRM and/or project management tools and platforms.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-moving environment with flexibility and agility.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite required.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally within the Partnerships & Development Team and across departments.
