Responsibilities

Serve as the primary benefit delivery contact for Platinum Partners, annual conference sponsors, Innovators Council members, and affiliate partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive partnership experience.
Assist in developing and executing partner benefit delivery strategies, including timely communication of updates, fulfillment of programmatic commitments, and tracking of benefits utilization.
Coordinate partner meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of key takeaways.
Provide guidance to partners on effective market positioning and messaging tailored to lifestyle medicine audiences, helping them align their communications with ACLM’s mission and values.
Work closely with the Associate Director of Partnerships to identify opportunities for increased engagement and added value for ACLM partners.
Work with the marketing team to ensure accurate and consistent representation of partner and sponsor contributions in ACLM’s marketing materials, website, social media, etc.
Work with appropriate team members to develop partner-focused content, such as spotlight articles, blog posts, and social media mentions, to enhance visibility and recognition for key partners.
Assist partners in crafting messages that resonate with lifestyle medicine practitioners and patients, helping them understand the unique needs and interests of ACLM’s audiences.
Facilitate training sessions or resource-sharing initiatives to help partners effectively communicate their offerings within the context of lifestyle medicine.
Support the planning and execution of partner-related events and activations at ACLM’s Annual Conference, including sponsor booths (in-person and digital), sponsored educational sessions, and other partner-related activations.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth implementation of conference deliverables for partners and sponsors.
Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, benefit tracking, and partnership activities in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on partner engagement metrics, benefit fulfillment, and partner satisfaction to support data-driven decision-making.
Support invoicing and renewals in collaboration with the Innovation & Impact Coordinator and the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of partner agreements.
Partner with ACLM’s education, events, and content teams to align partner benefits with ACLM’s programmatic offerings and ensure seamless delivery of benefits.
Identify and coordinate cross-promotional opportunities that align with ACLM’s mission and enhance partner engagement.

Required

2+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or account management, preferably in a health-focused or mission-driven organization.
Transferable skills in project management, marketing, and communications.
Strong understanding of market positioning, brand messaging, and audience engagement, ideally within healthcare or lifestyle medicine sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
Personal commitment to the mission of ACLM.
Significant self-motivation and a natural tendency to take ownership of tasks.
Entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking, and a passion for building relationships and finding mutually beneficial outcomes within a partnership framework.
Ability to successfully collaborate in a remote team setting and demonstrate a high level of comfort with technology, including participating in virtual meetings.
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and collaborative team-player approach is required along with the willingness to work in a fast-paced, high growth industry often with shifting priorities.

Preferred

Experience with ZenDesk Sell and Asana is a plus.
