Responsibilities
Identify and research potential partners to support the organization's mission and strategic goals.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to foster long-term collaborations.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for key partnerships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Draft partnership proposals, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and agreements.
Negotiate terms to establish win-win arrangements that deliver value to both parties.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Programs, and Operations) to align partnership efforts with organizational objectives.
Coordinate joint initiatives, events, and campaigns with partners to maximize impact.
Track and evaluate partnership performance against agreed-upon goals and metrics.
Prepare and present reports on partnership activities and outcomes to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred
Experience and existing network in non-profit, cyber security, technology or government.
Multilingual abilities or experience in international partnerships.
Certification in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related area is an advantage.
