Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of agency clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring agency satisfaction.
Define and implement a measurement framework to assess partnership performance and satisfaction.
Understand agency business models, experimentation needs, and service requirements.
Co-develop new opportunities with agencies, including integrations, feature development, and co-marketing initiatives.
Support larger agency accounts while maximizing opportunities with a broad base of smaller accounts.
Lead onboarding for agency clients, ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of the Convert platform.
Educate agencies about new features and enhancements to drive their success.
Partner with internal teams (Product, Support, Marketing) to relay feedback and advocate for product improvements.
Keep agency partners informed about the product roadmap, releases, and feature developments.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing agency relationships.
Develop pricing and incentive strategies to support mutual growth for Convert.com and its partners.
Explore opportunities to enhance the product and expand into new markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop leads with key partners.
Support co-marketing initiatives, including case studies, webinars, and industry reports.
Assist Account Executives with pitches and agency prospects as needed.

Required
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role, preferably in CRO, digital marketing, or SaaS.
Experience in a digital or experimentation agency environment is highly valued.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AB testing technologies, digital analytics platforms, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
In-depth understanding of AB testing technologies and CRO concepts.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Convert.com or similar tools.
