Responsibilities
Ignite Business Growth : Actively scout, initiate, and secure high-value collaborations and partnerships that elevate the firm's offerings and drive mutual success.
Fuel Client Acquisition : Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft and implement powerful strategies that convert partnerships into a steady stream of new clients.
Be the Face of the Firm : Represent the firm at top-tier industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with influential leaders in accounting and finance.
Close Deals with Impact : Lead sourced leads to successful closes, ensuring every partnership opportunity translates into tangible business wins.
Deliver Insights and Results : Monitor and measure the performance of partnership initiatives, presenting clear, data-driven reports to leadership to demonstrate ROI and refine strategy for continuous growth.

Required
3+ years in a 'hunter' sales capacity; actively engaged in outbound activities to gain new business
Strong at forming, building, and maintaining relationships
Highly detail oriented and organized
Significant working experience with CRM systems and comfortable with technology
Open to travel (15-20%) for industry events, conferences, networking functions, and at least two company events
You reside in a location that offers regular networking opportunities
Key skills include: listening, networking, promoting, prospecting, creative problem solving, critical thinking, accountability, collaboration, and adaptability
Preferred
Extra credit if you have experience in accounting, tax, financial services, or nonprofits.
