Responsibilities
Account management: Support Recover’s existing partners.
Own our relationships with partners (governments, insurers, medical providers, etc.)
Drive relationship expansion
Use data to improve partnerships and optimize follow-up and follow-through
Analyze data to improve outcomes
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic plans and distill these into actionable results
Go-to-market: Expand Recover’s reach. Lead partnership development.
Identify optimal channels and geographies for expansion
Codify go-to-market strategies
Build a team and repeatable process for scaling partnerships
Develop partnerships in new geographies
Patient service: Lead Recover’s onboarding and patient services team.
Improve patient enrollment processes
Define metrics to drive patient satisfaction and improve them relentlessly
Build and lead a best-in-class patient care organization
Work closely with our operations and clinical teams to ensure a smooth process for patients and partners.

Required
2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., sales ops, rev ops, customer service leadership, enterprise sales / account management)
You think in and build out systems. You are structured in your thinking and work.
You’re highly organized, good at planning, and can complete multiple projects successfully at once.
You want to grow and are comfortable with uncertainty.
