Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including Shopify and other technology providers.
Identify, prioritize, and establish new partnerships that align with Uncap’s mission and goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and mutual value creation.
Collaborate with internal teams to create co-marketing initiatives, joint webinars, and other partner-driven campaigns.
Plan, lead, and execute events in collaboration with partners, including workshops, networking sessions, and industry conferences, to drive engagement and strengthen relationships.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent Uncap, build connections, and identify new partnership opportunities.
Develop and execute co-selling strategies and joint sales initiatives with key partners to drive shared success and business growth.
Drive partner enablement by educating them on Uncap’s capabilities, case studies, and success stories.
Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and measurable outcomes.
Monitor and report on partnership performance, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, and partner satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, partner updates, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Required
Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, ideally in the ecommerce or technology space.
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Results-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with Shopify, ERP systems, or B2B ecommerce solutions is a strong advantage.
Preference given to candidates residing in the Midwest US, with the ability to attend monthly meetings at our Chicago HQ.
