Responsibilities
Familiarity with IPC, Maintenance Manuals, etc., for tracking and input into Obsolescence Management tools
Obsolescence Management - Assessment of Design Mitigation, Risk Assessment, Solutions, and Escalations via Alstom Global Procedures
Obsolescence Solutions (Reverse engineering, Repair, New Design, Supplier Partnership, Circular Economy, Make-to-print, etc) to meet FFF specifications and requirements
Need Technical Support on site, working directly with the customer to resolve Obs. Related issues quickly
Provide assembly/repair instructions, and new designs drawings, develop all the required documentation, create or update engineering change orders, and review vendor technical proposals to ensure compliance to specifications and product safety

Required
Degree in Railway Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent or a minimum of 15 years of Experience in rail industry standards and design
Knowledge of rolling stock systems and components
Familiarity with safety management systems and safety risk assessment
Preferred
Your knowledge and experience in Project Management will be a strong asset
