Required
Minimum BS in Engineering (e.g. electrical, computer, mechanical, biomedical, aeronautical), physics, or computer science.
JD, State Bar, USPTO License
2 to 7 years of full time patent law experience, with a focus on patent drafting and prosecution.
At least 2 years of full time patent drafting and prosecution experience within a respected law firm.
Preferred
Advanced degrees are not required, but would certainly be valued.
