Responsibilities

Patent preparation and prosecution.

Foreign portfolio management.

Patent licensing.

Conducting due diligence in IP transactions toward rendering opinions to clients.

Working closely with clients, inventors, and firm attorneys.

Relevant experience in one of the following technologies: machine learning, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, optics and lasers, wireless communications, or a related field.

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice before the USPTO.

2-4 years of prosecution experience.
