Responsibilities

You want to serve as the authoritative resource for OITP relative to the Information Technology business requirement process.

You're committed to work in solving significant problems complicated by interfaces and interrelationships between and among programs, systems, functions, policies and numerous critical issues.

You want to take the led as a project management group leader responsible for integrating patent examining expertise during the development of automated systems serving patent examiners.

You're an effective communicator who thrives in planning and organizing major analytical studies involving the substance of key age patent business programs.

Required

Must be a United States Citizen or National.

Specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service (GS-13).

Experience in patent examination to provide guidance, support and patent business knowledge in the development of automated systems tools utilized by the external stakeholders for filing patent applications, and patent examiners and other patent employees involved in the patents end to end prosecution of patent applications.

Must be Primary Patent examiner in any discipline with full signatory authority.
