Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing high volumes of incoming calls and in-person interactions.

Schedule patient visits and procedures, coordinating with multiple hospitals and departments while adhering to clinical protocols.

Collect and enter necessary patient information, including demographic, clinical, billing, and insurance details, ensuring effective communication with clinical staff.

Provide patient education on procedures, inform about co-pays and deductibles, and review financial information with patients.

Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients, ensuring attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask across various technology systems.
