Responsibilities

Participate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for optimizing revenue cycle processes, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue recovery across DOD enterprise.

Provide patient accounting business operations input into new capability design

Provide patient accounting input into workflow optimization

Perform technical and business-related research to support the design, workflows and processes to support changes to the patient accounting applications

Collaborate with team to design fully integrated clinical and revenue cycle workflows to support clinically driven revenue cycle

Support the development of engineering presentations for patient accounting

Present and facilitate patient accounting discussions with the customer
