Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Manager of Patient Services
Receive and initiate patient calls and texts to coordinate care, effectively communicate our core services, and facilitate patient scheduling with providers.
Onboard patient details to secure EHR platform in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Assist with patient outreach and troubleshooting
Update tracking forms to reflect the process with each patient
Other basic administrative tasks/projects as needed
