Responsibilities
Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and ensure nursing and delivery
Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals
Secure upfront payment from patients and assist in finding financial assistance when needed
Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims and manage denial follow-up
Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of related experience
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous referrals and priorities simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
High degree of customer service skills
Preferred
Previous healthcare or medical billing experience
