Responsibilities
Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery
Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals
Secure patient’s upfront payment and assist patients in finding avenues for financial assistance
Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims on hold and manage denial follow-up
Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of two years of related experience required
Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of quality focus
Excellent customer service skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Previous healthcare or medical billing experience preferred
