Responsibilities

Own new business pursuits and long-term management of payer partnerships

Build processes to set up a successful payer partnership strategy for Paradigm

Serve as the primary contact for assigned payers, interacting with payer contacts and internal stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution and promote high payer and provider satisfaction

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with health plan leaders and be seen as a trusted advisor

Consistently demonstrate Paradigm’s value proposition and align with payers defined success criteria

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders internally to deliver insights that inform product and operational strategy

Represent payers internally and coordinate with other departments to implement new programs and services, coordinate resources for projects, and address ongoing service needs

Other related duties as assigned

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in an existing payer partnership role or similar B2B roles in customer success, sales, business development, or strategy

Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers

Capacity to apply comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects

Strong project management experience with the capability to understand and deliver on key operational, financial, and strategic goals

Ability to build repeatable processes and systems that enable Paradigm to scale with new payer partners efficiently

Comfortable with ambiguity and seeking opportunities to shape company strategy and initiatives

Thoughtful and operationally excellent in setting up processes and frameworks to achieve success

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
