Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and promptly using various payment methods and platforms.
Analyze payment data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including missing payments, overpayments, and rejections.
Reconcile payment records with bank statements and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing payment processing and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of payment transactions, adjustments, and resolutions.
Identify opportunities to streamline payment processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to address payment-related issues and ensure smooth processing.

Required
2+ years of experience in payment processing, financial analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.

Knowledge of payment processing systems and procedures.
