Responsibilities

Develop business cases for new products and features

Engage with client-facing teams to understand client needs

Use data-driven decision making to prioritize work

Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Own and maintain the terminal product roadmap and backlog

Coordinate with payment certification team for new certifications

Manage multiple vendor relationships including escalations and delivery

Manage risks related to security, third-party vulnerability, and business continuity

Partner with cross-functional teams for go-to-market plans and sales enablement

Collaborate with merchant operations team for optimal client experience

Serve as senior escalation point for issue resolution

Required

Significant experience leading product management of payment hardware and payment terminal software solutions in complex environments

Deep understanding of designing payment flows UI to deliver best in class results

Experience concurrently managing multiple critical multi-million dollar vendor relationships

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical skills with proven ability to influence

Executive presentation experience

Previous experience in creation of new payment applications from the ground up
