Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a clear and strategic product roadmap for multiple payment integrity solutions.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the product roadmap with overall business goals.

Work closely with internal teams, including IT, to gather and document detailed requirements for each solution.

Clearly articulate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure a smooth and efficient product development lifecycle.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings.

Use market insights to inform product strategy and ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Coordinate the launch of new products, features, and enhancements.

Provide ongoing support to ensure product success and address any issues that may arise.

Required

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of payment integrity solutions and related technologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
