Responsibilities
Run ad hoc queries to monitor data sets and take prescribed actions to resolve discrepancies
Make decisions regarding work methods, best practices, and thrive in ambiguous situations
Require minimal direction and receive guidance and coaching when needed
Written and verbal communication to Clients to re-engage with the platforms and confirm outstanding information
Communicate with financial institutions to verify account information
Interact with various levels of Management to clarify requirements and collaborate on process improvements
Develop working relationships with key business partners
Assist with all special projects as assigned

Required
2+ years of professional experience managing a SaaS solution
Professional experience with MS Office suite and Excel
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
Possessing strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work well under pressure, with a sense of urgency, and meet metrics
Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Any SQL, PowerQuery, or PowerBI experience
A Bachelor’s degree in a business administration, finance, a technical or a related field
