Responsibilities
Manage Access database to organize and prepare check files for print vendor for a variety of different areas within the company.
Respond to general inquiries from business partners, including providing overnight tracking numbers, via a shared email box account.
Periodically check for any errors in the system.
Handle less complex accounting entries.
Perform limited internal reconciliation work.
Produce routine financial reports.
Update and maintain database(s) ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
Perform ACH and wires transfer approvals.
Regularly review and maintain department standard operating procedures
Other duties as assigned.

Required
1 - 3 years experience processing & account reconciliation
Experience in a changing priority, multi-task environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate and interact with peers, management and customers at all levels in a professional manner
Knowledge of office technology and software (Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
