Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of payor contract management— from negotiation to compliance.
Collaborate with finance, billing, and clinical teams to drive successful contract implementation and execution.
Build and nurture strong relationships with health payors to resolve disputes and optimize terms.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, contract milestones, and deadlines.
Drive strategic initiatives to secure favorable contract terms and ongoing renewals.
Contribute to the organization's strategic and financial goals by securing optimal contract terms with payors.
Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance across all payor contracts.
Support financial and operational objectives by streamlining contract management processes and working across departments to ensure smooth contract execution.
Enhance payer relationships and improve contract performance, driving better reimbursement rates and reducing disputes.

Required
Minimum of 5 years in health payor contracting, contract management, or provider relations—preferably within a telehealth/healthcare organization or health plan.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Deep understanding of health insurance policies, healthcare reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and provider credentialing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to assess financial impacts, track contract milestones, and analyze contract performance.
Experience managing complex contracts, resolving issues, and optimizing contract terms across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred
Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Healthcare Contract Manager) is a plus.
