Responsibilities

Operate as part of a high performing team with a focus on exceptional customer experience and quality results.

Ability to manage through ambiguity, develop proactive thinking, and balance workload to meet or exceed various deadlines and Service Level Agreements.

Capability to analyze large volumes of data, draw conclusions, develop action plans and being extremely adaptable to changing priorities will be essential.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities is needed ensure maximum productivity and efficiency our teams.

Work closely with cross-functional partners to design, develop and implement new processes and enhancements needed to deliver superior execution

Develop and implement continuous improvement recommendations to achieve cost and processing efficiencies as well as improve employee experience

Solve complex situations that arise, analyze the root cause of the problem and identify sustainable solutions.

Responsible for ensuring team processes are documented.

Demonstrate integrity and transparency at all times.

Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of Company including Labor Legal, IT , and HR teams.
