Responsibilities

Perform payroll duties including but not limited to; Time & Attendance, Payroll processor for Costa Rica payroll and assist with additional Americas payrolls (US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil)

Fidelity management of Deferred Comp and ESPP

Customer Service and Support using internal ticketing system.

Required

Must have Costa Rica payroll experience and solid knowledge of local taxation and regulations in Costa Rica.

Payroll technical skills in areas like payroll processing, reporting, account reconciliations, stock reporting, and performance of SOX controls.

American knowledge of US GAAP, government regulations and SOX requirements.

Assist with the audit requests from the SOX and Internal Audit Team.

Preferred

Experience with WorkForce Now (WFN) software Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica and Brazil payrolls are strongly preferred.
