Responsibilities

Handling end-to-end processing for US and non-US assigned country payrolls

Performing pre- and post- transmission audit functions to assure proper documentation, data entry, and compliance with all SOX controls

Reconciling all data inputs and outputs for the US and assigned country payrolls

Maintaining strict adherence to internal Company policy, SOX requirements, and governmental regulations that affect payroll to ensure compliance

Monitoring and managing workflow to assure adherence to deadlines and completion of all items in a busy environment

Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Payroll and Payroll Tax
