Responsibilities

Support with WFS implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing.

Serve as the subject matter expert on WFS features and functionalities.

Collaborate with payroll team members to ensure smooth integration and data accuracy for payroll cycles.

Train end-users on WFS to improve acceptance of the system.

Monitor timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and issues.

Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on timekeeping policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and organized records of timekeeping and payroll activities.

Required
